We celebrate 11 years of “Creating Lasting Memories,” and to mark this milestone in our history, we are pleased to share with you our updated PROMO 11CLM. 

 

We offer several venue’s & packages for you to choose from; 

1. Aqua @ the Holy Family Pavilion:  Our best value package. This venue & offering is more suitable for a simple wedding event as we allocate a short ingress & egress time and consideration must be given to the next upcoming event.  We will try to manage & conduct one (1) event per day, however we reserve our right to accept 2 events in a day.
   
   This venue offers a WeekDAY & WeekEND rate, with a choice of;
   a.  Lunch reception (Inclusive of ingress & egress: 10 am - 3:00 pm). 
   b.  Dinner reception (Inclusive of ingress & egress:  4:30 pm - 10:00 pm).   

 

1. Magnificat @ the Holy Family Pavilion;  MAGNIFICAT is our grand ballroom. 
   
   With a floor area of 760 m2 at the main level and 240 m2 at the mezzanine level.   The interior is wrapped and hand detailed in old wood.  The ceiling height at the apex measures 14 meters tall.  
   
   MAGNIFICAT ballroom comes with an air-conditioned VIP pre-event area, an outdoor lanai, dedicated comfort rooms and its own beautiful & private garden (MARY’S garden)  where your guests may lounge & enjoy cocktails, celebrate a garden ceremony.  
   
   We accept only 1 event per day & allow ingress for set-up as early as 5am on the day of the event.  We offer a food & venue package or you may opt for a venue rental option with one our accredited caterer, stylist, lights & sounds supplier.

2. Sanctuary Garden.  This beautiful & intimate garden is lined up with 20 year old trees.  If your guest count is not more than 150, this would be an ideal setting for your event.  This garden is available for venue rental, we do not offer food & venue packages.

3. St. John Paul II Pavilion @ the Sanctuary Garden: Food & venue packages designed for small & intimate events with not more than 50 guest count.
